Ordering & shipping

Where's my order? Track it on our Track Your Order page, or tap the tracking link in your shipping email.

How long until it arrives? We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Most U.S. orders then arrive within about 3–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can shift with the carrier, weather, or holidays.

Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping? Your shipping cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Returns & refunds

What if I change my mind? Every eligible order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. The full details are in our Refund Policy.

How do I start a return? Contact us with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll walk you through it.

When will I get my refund? Once it's approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within about 10 business days.
